项目内容及市场简要分析

南京聚宝山公园将建成以“绿色南京”、完善南京城市生态绿地系统为目标，以“融入自然、体验生态、森林郊野、极限游乐”为主题的“大型城市森林郊野公园”。项目计划于2006年开工，2008年建成，工期2年。根据规划，景区内将建设部分配套用房，其中包括景区的管理、服务用房，餐饮、休闲等项目的出租用房，同时公园将经营高空蹦极、滑草等游乐项目，为平衡资金，政府同意将周边700亩土地的拍卖收益用于项目建设。项目总投资8亿元，预期有一定的回报率。

The Key contents of  project and  brief  market annlysis

The park is developed for the purpose of building a “Green Nanjing” and improving the ecological systems of Nanjing city. It will be built as a large urban forest park with the theme of “Natural, Ecology, Forest and Adventure”. The project is scheduled to start in 2006 and be completed in 2008. Upon completion ,It will build commercial support for the project in the park, and government will provide the sale income of 47 ha. land nearby of the park . The total investment of the project is 800 million RMB.
